Greeting travelers, and welcome to Tales from the Rift! I have recently started playing D&D and I am loving it so much, that I started illustrating my favorite moments from each session.

Meet Jet, the earth genasi druid. She is named (and inspired) after the gemstone, which is on her face and nails. Jet is an organic mineral, like charcoal, and is formed when woody materials are buried. So she gets stone from her genasi side and plants from her druid elven side.Jet grew up in an elven village hidden in the mountains. Her genasi father seldom visited, but when he did, he brought small gifts for his daughter in the form of various gems. These gems represented her mysterious genasi heritage and the magic that lies beneath the surface of this world. When she came of age, she decided to leave her comfy life and seek out new gems and magic.
